Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing may not be eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
